Take control of type 2 diabetes.
A 12-week, physician-led program that treats insulin resistance, the cause of type 2 diabetes — not just the blood sugar it produces.
We don’t just manage blood sugar.
We treat what raises it.
Type 2 diabetes is driven by insulin resistance, and insulin resistance responds to how you eat, move, sleep and handle stress. Change those and blood sugar follows — with a physician adjusting your medications as it does.
Whole foods and common sense. What to eat, and when, with no calorie counting.
Moderate movement you are comfortable with and can keep up. Muscle is your metabolic engine.
Rebuild restorative sleep, one of the most powerful metabolic levers you have.
Practical tools to recover, reframe and return, so the changes last.
A proven strategy, delivered step by step.
Every Better Health program is 100% virtual.1 Weekly sessions and materials, from the comfort of home.

Start with an intro call
Your first step is a virtual info session led by our patient success team. See how the program works and make sure it is right for you before committing.
First visit: 1:1 with a physician
Your first visit is a private appointment. Review your health history and medications, and set the plan for your 12 weeks. You will also meet 1:1 midway and at the end.
Attend weekly group sessions
Every week, a physician and dietitian lead a live virtual session with a small group on the same journey, with videos, lessons, and self-assessments in between.
Keep building in the 12-Month Program
The first 12 weeks are just the start. The optional 12-Month Program adds monthly group visits and continued education to help you sustain your results, with community, recipes, shared wins, and real support.
